Necto Selection is delighted to be representing one of Ireland's leading contractors; we are assisting with the search and selection of an experienced Site Foreman for an exciting project in North Dublin. As Site Foreman you will be tasked with assisting the management team with the delivery of a €25 million commercial project. The leading contractor has a reputation of offering market leading salaries and packages, interviews commencing this week.

As Site Foreman you will:

• Ensuring the organisation’s health and safety policies are implemented and followed.
• Ensure timely request for and delivery of all information that is on the programme.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-contractors.
• Planning the set-up of the site so that the workforce, plant and materials can move around efficiently and safely.
• Liaising with management and subcontractors in accordance with the programme .
• Ensuring materials are brought to site as and when required.
• Creating and maintaining an information communication system around the site , such as site signage.
• Creating and maintaining an organisational delivery management system.

Requirements:

• Main contracting background
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Self-motivated and dedicated
• Analytical and decision making skills
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and industry specific software
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
