Necto Selection are currently looking for experienced Site Foremen for various projects throughout NI. Our client is a fast-growing NI-based Main Contractor that takes pride in delivering major projects to the highest possible standard. Our client’s success is a result of their exceptionally low staff turnover and their maintenance of a happy, productive working environment. Due to recent company growth, our client is expanding its staff base and is looking for talented Construction professionals to come and join their team.
Our client will offer the successful Site Foreman a market-leading salary and benefits package. Our client is currently undertaking several Commercial, Residential, and Education contracts throughout NI, meaning long-term work for the successful Site Foreman.
As a Site Foreman you will:
· Creating and maintaining an organisational delivery management system.
· Ensure timely request for and delivery of all information that is on the programme.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-contractors.
· Creating and maintaining an information communication system around the site , such as site signage. Planning the set-up of the site so that the workforce, plant and materials can move around efficiently and safely.
· Liaising with management and subcontractors in accordance with the programme .
· Ensuring materials are brought to site as and when required.
· Ensuring the organisation’s health and safety policies are implemented and followed.

Requirements:
· 5+ years’ experience working as a Site Foreman
· Ability to work on your own initiative
· Self-motivated and committed to delivering projects to the highest possible standard
· Excellent written and oral presentation skills
· Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
· Proficient IT skills
