Continued growth has created an opening for a Senior Estimator to join a Pre-Construction team, with the option to be based in Dublin or Longford. The position will play a key role throughout the tender process, working with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to help secure future projects.

Key Requirements:

• 6–7+ years’ estimating experience with a main contractor, preferably at Senior Estimator level
• Proven experience preparing tenders for construction projects
• Strong knowledge of the Irish construction industry
• Quantity Surveying background highly desirable
• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction Management
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and demanding deadlines
