NECTO Search and Selection are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager for a growing NI Main Contractor. Due to growth this is a new role within the company that will see you work closely with the MD and senior management team to contribute to the growth of the company. This role comes with a dedicated path to commercial director within 1-2 years.

A brief idea of responsibilities include;

• Develop junior and intermediate Quantity surveyors
• Assist Senior project surveyors in their final accounts
• Work with MD and Senior Management team to strategize and grow the business
• To be a "go to" for contractual and legal issues

Experience:

• 5+ years in a commercial management function
• Experience in dealing with NEC types of contract is highly desirable
• JCT forms of contract knowledge is also desirable
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to interact with all personnel
• Well organised with a methodical, energetic, proactive, and confident approach to work.
• Ability to work to deadlines individually and as part of a team.
