NECTO Selection are currently recruiting for a Senior QS for a growing contractor in South Tyrone. This is to assist in the delivery of a large £25m+ project in the Midlands, England. There is therefore travel required for this position.

Role responsibilities to include

• Contractual oversight of large civil project with NEC3 knowledge
• Producing cost reports
• Budget management and cost management
• Recruiting further members of a commercial department
• Maintaining effective communication and reporting to the MD
• Procurement of sub-contractor packages
• Visiting sites to assist in meetings and measurements when required

To be considered for this role you will need at least;

• 5 years+ experience in a QS role in Civil construction
• 3rd level education in Quantity Surveying
• Extensive knowledge of NEC3
• Full clean driving license
