ROLE

As part of your job you will be exposed to all aspects of Quantity Surveying and provide assistance:

• With the Day-To-Day Delivery of Our Quantity Surveying Service

• In the Preparation of Bills of Quantities

• Working With Design teams to Prepare Development Budgets

• With the development of cost plans and estimates

• In the Production and Regular Issue of Cost Reports, and

• In Developing Knowledge and Experience of Key Industry Requirements

Education & Skills (Preferred)

Degree or Higher in Quantity Surveying

• Good Written and Spoken Communicator

• Working Knowledge of CostX software

• Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, and

• Strong Interpersonal Skills, Presentation Skills and a Team Player
