NECTO Selection are currently recruiting for leading fit-out contractor, working on flagship projects world-wide. Due to expansion they are seeking to add to their growing commercial division by appointing a new Commercial Manager that will offer further career progression.

Travel will be necessary for the role but at your discretion and only to ensure projects are running as they should.

Typical responsibilities to include;

-         Manage a team of senior and managing Quantity surveyors across various projects

-         Cost control and working to project budgets

-         Client engagement and ensuring final accounts remain within the initial forecast.

-         Assisting with tender queries

-         Procurement of sub-contract packages

-         Accurate forecasting, risk, cash flow and project performance appraisals throughout the timeline of projects

-         Assist in the review of contracts
