Are you looking for a new Civils Site Foreman role?

Necto Search & Selection are currently seeking an experienced Civil Site Foreman for a leading Irish main contractor for various roles in the Greater Dublin Area. If successful, you will be involved in a wide variety of Civils Projects from highway repairs, including ironworks and curbs to new build commercial and residential sites. Our client is currently undertaking several major contracts throughout Ireland, meaning long-term work for the successful Foreman.

Roles & responsibilities

-         Co-ordinating and managing all direct labour, subcontractors, and trades

-         Ensuring all subcontractors, trades and labour have adequate resources to complete works according to a tight schedule

-         Ensuring the organisation’s health and safety policies are implemented and followed.

-         Facilitating compulsory safety toolbox talk meetings

-         Ensuring that plant and equipment checks are carried out on site

-         Overseeing the execution of the work, including quality and production, ensuring that the crew works to job specifications and follows the

plans

-         Inspecting and measuring completed work

-         Maintaining site foreman’s log & site reports

Requirements

-         4 + years of site-based experience working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, adhering to strict deadlines and budgets

-         Site experience of Civils & Utilities including Power, Water & Sewage is essential

-         Ability to interpret drawings

-         Ability to work on own initiative

-         Self-motivated and dedicated

-         Valid safe pass and manual handling
